
Gina-Marie LoBraico-Reitano, Esq. attended St. John’s University and Hofstra University School of Law where she was an editor of law review. Having accelerated her studies she graduated from Law School at the age of 22. She was admitted to practice law in 1986 and has been practicing in the areas of Elder Law since then.
She is often called upon by other professionals for advice, and has taken many cases to trial, rarely losing. She has been recognized as an expert in the field of guardianship in New York County Supreme Court, Queens County Supreme Court and Richmond County Supreme Court.
Formerly a professor at St. John’s University, Ms. Reitano has maintained an intellectual approach to the law and engages in appellate practice. She has served on various community boards and is an avid animal lover and reader.
